The Council on Ionizing Radiation Measurements and Standards (CIRMS) is an independent, non-profit council that draws together stakeholders from industry, academia, and government involved in all ionizing radiation disciplines to provide leadership, focus, and action on important developments and needs. The strength of our organization is its membership. We welcome you to join us in achieving our mission of enhancing the use of ionizing radiation for societal benefit!

Membership Categories

Individual Member

This is our general membership category. Any person interested in ionizing radiation measurements and standards, and who wishes to participate in the activities of the Council for the furtherance of its objectives is elegible. Individual members can edit the Dynamics Needs Report. Individual members must still register and pay the conference registration fee to attend CIRMS annual meetings.

Student Member

Annual

Student membership is open to anyone enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate training program related to the study of ionizing radiation. Proof of student or trainee status may be requested. Student members can edit the Dynamics Needs Report. Student members must still register and pay the conference registration fee to attend CIRMS annual meetings.

Organizational Sponsor

Organizational sponsorship is open to academic institutions, governmental agencies, or non-profit organizations and includes complimentary registration for the CIRMS annual meeting AND CIRMS membership for ONE individual. Organizational sponsors will be listed in the CIRMS annual meeting program and on our website.

Corporate sponsors receive booth space at the CIRMS annual meeting and will be listed on the meeting program and on our website. This sponsorship category includes complimentary registration for the CIRMS annual meeting AND CIRMS membership for one individual.

Organizations can choose this membership category to directly support the Junior Investigator Award program. The sponsor will be acknowledged during the Junior Investigator presentation session at the CIRMS annual meeting and will be listed on our website and in our annual meeting program. This sponsorship includes complimentary registration for the CIRMS annual meeting AND CIRMS membership for ONE individual.

Coffee Break Sponsor

Organizations can choose this membership category to directly support coffee break networking sessions at the CIRMS annual meeting.
