CIRMS Ribbon Award

About the Award

The CIRMS Ribbon Award is presented to poster presenters at national conferences in recognition of outstanding work in the field of ionizing radiation measurements and standards. Members designated by the CIRMS executive committee periodically select recipients of the award.

The criteria for selection include:

  • The contents of the poster are novel and support the CIRMS mission of addressing a need in the field of ionizing radiation measurements and standards
  • The poster successfully conveys its message through the use of high-impact visuals and effective oral communications by the presenting author
