CIRMS 2019 Meeting Focus

The 27th Annual Meeting of the Council on Ionizing Radiation Measurements and Standards will focus on Strengthening the Economy and Homeland Security with Radiation Measurements and Standards.

For more than twenty seven years, CIRMS has played an important role in serving as a public forum for discussion of radiation measurements and standards issues for industry, academia and government. 

The technical program will consist of oral and poster presentations and three
parallel working group sessions that address measurement and standards needs in the following

Please take a dinner survey first, before registering for a conference.

Due to increased security, all attendees must be pre-registered. There will be no on-site registration. Photo identification must be presented at the main gate to be admitted to the conference. Non- U.S. citizens must have a passport and complete a NIST-1260 form in advance. Attendees must wear their conference badge at all times while on the campus.

We are planning a social event at Coastal Flats (not Dogfish Alehouse anymore) at 135 Crown Park Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20878  on Tuesday evening, April 9th, 2019. This event is limited in space so when you will register for the conference, please indicate if you are interested in attending. Dinner menus are available online at Menus.  We estimate the cost to be  ~$25 per person.
